ASE has current partnerships with existing tire recycling facility in both in New York and Texas, we want to expand our operations in Miami and have us be the primary source of Waste Management utilizing our services to eliminate excessive tire build up. The used waste tires that are currently sitting in the landfill should be dropped off at our facility so that we can compress them and ship them overseas to our client that can create building materials for the current market. We use every part of the tire when we dissect them, the sidewalls, the tire fibers and the threads that will be shipped permanently to our clients.

Davon "Dj" Doss is an experienced logistics professional based in Decatur, GA, with a proven track record in freight brokerage and dispatching. With expertise in managing operations, negotiating rates, and cultivating strong relationships with clients and carriers, Davon has successfully established and managed a freight dispatching business. His role involves overseeing all aspects of operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions, and streamlining processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Prior to this, Davon served as a Senior Freight Broker at Landstar, where he managed a team of freight agents and was responsible for acquiring new customers, boosting capacity for specific projects, and delivering exceptional customer service. He also gained experience as a Freight Broker at Elite Transit Solutions, utilizing proprietary technology to support daily operations and ensure the timely delivery of goods. In addition to his logistics expertise, Davon has a background in project management, having worked as an Assistant Project Manager at F5 Facility Services and Advanced Construction Services. His experience includes coordinating project activities, managing resources, and maintaining client relationships. Davon is skilled in logistics, dispatching, project management, and customer service, with strong leadership abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. He is authorized to work in the US for any employer and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to any organization.
Rushil Parohi joined our team as an intern and developed his role into a logistics coordinator as the company grew. His role as logistics coordinator is to provide proper communication with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and external service providers is essential to prevent misunderstandings and delays. It is imperative that he provides accuracy in inventory tracking, shipment documentation, and delivery schedules. His eagerness and ability to learn and adapt in this industry has made the flow between the departments run more efficiently.
We started our company in 2020 with the primary focus to enter the waste-industry and trade in products such as rubber, paper, and other used goods. We saw a great opportunity to be part of an industry that specializes in creative ways to provide a second life for recycled goods.
